  • Function as contact person for visitors, employees, service providers, hall rental companies, etc.
  • Ensure order, cleanliness and the smooth running of the exhibition
  • Preparation of receipts for bookkeeping and management of cash book & rosters
  • Preparation of daily financial statements, processing of accounting-relevant documents incl. inventory and merchandising accounting
  • Completion of general administrative tasks in day-to-day business and daily reporting on incidents, visitor numbers, etc.
  • Support/ break replacement for colleagues (box office + merchandising)
  • Friendly and confident demeanor as well as an open and communicative personality
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Numeracy and accuracy and ideally experience with cash register systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Punctuality and reliability
