Parking

  • From the north and south via the A5 Frankfurt-Basel Rhine Valley highway, exit Freiburg-Mitte. From the highway feeder road Mitte to Messe Freiburg, the journey time is approx. 7 minutes. The approach is signposted. From the east via the A81 Stuttgart-Singen and B31 Donaueschingen, Titisee-Neustadt. Pass Freiburg on Schwarzwaldstraße in the direction of Autobahnzubringer Mitte. The exit to Messe Freiburg is signposted. For better orientation, please refer to our map of the Freiburg Exhibition Center.
  • Parking: If you arrive by car, we offer parking spaces directly in front of the Messe Freiburg, the parking fee is 5 € per day.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

  • Rail connection: Freiburg is located on the ICE/IC route Frankfurt - Karlsruhe - Freiburg - Basel. From Freiburg main station, you can reach the Freiburg exhibition grounds in around 10 minutes by public transport.
  • Public transportation: Messe Freiburg is ideally connected to public transportation. You can reach the "Messe Freiburg" terminus every 7.5 minutes on tram line 4 from the main railway station in ten minutes. From the Black Forest and Kaiserstuhl directions, you can take the Breisgau S-Bahn (lines 1 and 11) to the "Freiburg Messe/Universität" station. From here, it is only about an eight-minute walk to the exhibition center.

The exhibition ticket entitles the holder to free use of public transport. This initiative applies to the Freiburg Regional Transport Association (RVF), which brings together 20 transport companies operating in the city and region.

Bicycle

  • The Freiburghe "Frelo" bike sharing system has a Frelo station directly at the Messe Freiburg terminus and at the Solar Info Center (Technical Faculty stop). For cyclists with their own bike, Messe Freiburg numerous bicycle parking spaces directly in front of the main entrance to Messe Freiburg.
