Tickets are available in advance from 18.10.24 (10 am)!
For visitors who do not have the opportunity to buy their ticket online in advance, tickets can also be purchased at the box office from the start of the exhibition. Important: Due to the limited number of visitors in the exhibition, it is recommended - especially for visitors with a longer journey - to buy a ticket for the desired day and time slot online in advance, as otherwise there may be longer waiting times.
With the time slot ticket, access to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot. There is no time limit on the length of stay.
Flex/gift tickets with no time limit - ideal as a gift and to remain as flexible as possible. With these tickets, you can access the exhibition at any time during the month you have booked without having to reserve in advance or commit to a specific time, and there is no time limit on how long you can stay.

The duration of stay in the exhibition is unlimited within the opening hours. We recommend that you plan about 1.5 hours for the visit. The duration depends on how long you want to look at each work and whether you want to read all the available information. Experience has shown that using the multimedia tour will extend the time spent in the exhibition. After leaving the exhibition, re-entry is not possible.
The exhibition is barrier-free, a disabled toilet is also available.
Photography and filming are permitted.
There is an extensive and informative multimedia tour that can be conveniently accessed on site via QR code with your own smartphone. This multimedia tour is free of charge.
The lost and found office is located at the information desk in the entrance area of the exhibition.
Payment can be made in cash or by EC card or major credit cards.
Strollers are allowed in the exhibition, space permitting. On days with high visitor traffic, strollers may have to be deposited in the foyer area.

It is not allowed to bring dogs or other animals into the exhibition, unless prior notice was given. This is possible only for guide dogs or assistance dogs.
