Tickets are now available in advance!
For visitors who are unable to buy their ticket online in advance, tickets can also be purchased at the box office from the start of the exhibition. Important: Due to the limited number of visitors in the exhibition, it is advisable to buy a ticket online in advance for the desired day and the desired time slot, especially for visitors who have to travel a long way to get there, as otherwise there may be longer waiting times.

Time Slot Tickets

In order to be able to optimally direct the flow of visitors, it is necessary to book a time slot. With the time slot ticket, access to the exhibition is possible within the booked time slot. The length of stay is unlimited.

Flex / gift tickets

If you want to stay flexible or give away tickets, flex/gift tickets are the right choice. This means that access to the exhibition is possible at any time within the booked month without prior reservation or time commitments, and the length of stay is unlimited. These tickets are only available in limited numbers.

The length of stay in the exhibition is unlimited within the opening times. We recommend planning around 1,5 hours for the visit. The length of time depends on how long you look at each work and whether you want to read all the information available. Experience has shown that using the multimedia tour extends the time spent in the exhibition. After leaving the exhibition, re-entry is not possible.


The exhibition is barrier-free, and there is also a disabled toilet.


Photography and filming are permitted.


There is an extensive and informative multimedia tour that can be conveniently accessed on site using a QR code with your own smartphone. This multimedia tour is free.


The lost and found office is located at the information desk in the entrance area of ​​the exhibition.


Payment can be made in cash or cashless with an EC card and major credit cards.


Strollers are allowed in the exhibition if space permits. On days with a high number of visitors, prams may have to be left in the foyer area.


Lockers are available in the entrance area of ​​the exhibition and can be used for a fee of €1. There is no cloakroom.


In our shop there are a wide variety of souvenirs for Banksy fans - from postcards, magnets or mugs to stylish T-shirts and hoodies, all in the design of the street art star! The highlight: Here you can also design your own desired shirt in Banksy style with a stencil and spray can, plain-colored shirts can also be bought on site.


It is not permitted to bring dogs or other animals into the exhibition unless prior notice has been given. This is only possible for guide or assistance dogs.
